The 2435 Key Override deadlocking spring latch can be self-locking, but also includes a hold-open feature allowing users to leave the door open, it can also be set to lock every time the door closes.  Additionally, the latch contains a burglar proof plunger for added security. The lock is most commonly used on residential entry doors, bedrooms and office doors. Combination can be 2-7 digits in length with tumblers provided. If you would like your combination to be 0-9 digits in length, please purchase the Tumbler Kit (see related items) You may also choose to open the door by using a key on the outside knob only.

Note: If you are ordering more than 1 lock and would like them keyed alike, when choosing the finish please choose the keyed alike option. Keyed alike means the same physical key will fit the lock, usually locks will come with different physical combinations.
