The Sentry E. Labs Dual Door Electromagnetic lock requires the use of a access control device that regulates the time that the magnet is deactivated for. The dual door electromagnetic door lock is for indoor use only. There are multiple brackets available for different types of doors (narrow frame, frameless glass, and inward swing) that you can mount this lock which are available separately. Each side of the dual lock will have a holding force of 600lbs.

This electromagnetic door lock is compatible with both 12v DC and 24v DC power sources. The lock body of the drop bolt will not get hot from repeated use, due to its efficient magnet design.

In order to properly activate this electromagnetic door lock you need an additional access control device. These control devices consist of:

These devices will regulate the time that the electromagnet is deactivated. These additional accessories will communicate with the access control device to open the door. These devices send a signal to the control device and then the control device triggers the lock to become unlock. Most of the options consist of:

Built into the body of the electromagnetic lock are status indicator LEDs. When the lock is deactivated, the LEDs will turn green. When the lock is activated, the LEDs will turn red.
