The 6045 Superior Exit Bar Kit is a complete panic bar solution designed for chain-link pedestrian gates that require secure emergency egress with keyed entry from the outside. This kit includes a Detex Surface Mount Exit Bar (#6003), a 24-inch adjustable mounting plate, keyed lock box, keyed cylinder with two keys, adjustable receiver bracket, and all required stainless steel installation hardware. The mounting plate comes pre-drilled for the exit bar and lock box, allowing for quicker and easier installation.

Designed for commercial, industrial, municipal, and recreational applications, the 6045 Superior Kit combines the reliability of a Detex panic bar with the convenience of exterior keyed access. The weather-resistant panic bar features a reversible design, stainless steel latch mechanism, hex key dogging, and an anodized aluminum bar with a durable black ABS cover. The heavy-duty mounting plate adjusts to fit gate frames from 29" to 52" wide while helping prevent unauthorized access to the panic hardware from the outside of the gate.
