The Sentry E. Labs SEL-300 Electric Strike is designed for hollow metal door frames and provides reliable electronic access control for doors equipped with standard non-automated spring latch handles. Compatible with latch heights up to 1 3/4 inches, the SEL-300 allows doors to be remotely locked and unlocked when paired with an access control device such as a keypad, proximity card reader, GSM intercom, automatic door opener, or timed relay.

This versatile electric strike can be configured for either fail-secure or fail-safe operation. In fail-secure mode, the strike remains locked during a power outage, making it ideal for exterior doors where security is critical. In fail-safe mode, the strike unlocks when power is lost, making it suitable for interior doors where emergency egress is a priority. The strike is field configurable by repositioning the internal mounting screws.

The SEL-300 operates on a 12 VDC power supply and is compatible with a variety of activation devices and access control accessories. When used with a properly configured access control system, the strike provides the necessary time delay for secure and convenient entry while maintaining controlled access to the building.
