The LockeyUSA TB250+ Adjustable Hydraulic Gate Closer is designed to provide smooth, controlled closing for pedestrian gates weighing between 50 and 125 lbs. Featuring adjustable hydraulic and nitrogen gas operation, the TB250+ allows the closing speed to be adjusted for dependable performance while helping reduce gate slamming and unnecessary wear on gate hardware. Its versatile design makes it suitable for residential, commercial, and other pedestrian gate applications.

The TB250+ installs on the opening side of either left-hand or right-hand gates and can be mounted at the top, middle, or bottom of the gate. It pushes the gate closed and works with both in-line and offset hinge arrangements. The closer is compatible with vinyl, steel and wood (also chain-link gates with the optional TB-LINX, sold separately). A gate stop must be installed to restrict the opening angle and retain the product warranty.
