The LockeyUSA TB400 Hydraulic Gate Closer is a heavy-duty automatic gate closer designed to provide firm, quiet, and controlled closing for pedestrian gates weighing between 75 and 175 lbs. Featuring hydraulic and nitrogen gas-controlled operation, the TB400 uses an advanced cylinder with improved seals to provide dependable performance and smooth gate closure. With a controlled closing action, this gate closer helps reduce slamming while providing reliable self-closing performance for commercial, residential, and public access gates.

Designed for gates up to 64 inches wide, the TB400 can be installed on the top, middle, or bottom of either left-hand or right-hand gates. It mounts on the opening side of the gate and pushes the gate closed, making it well suited for gates secured with magnetic locks or electric strikes. The TB400 works with in-line and offset hinge arrangements and is compatible with vinyl, wood, and steel (also chain-link gates with the optional TB-LINX, sold separately). It can also be paired with compatible keyless gate locks and surface-mount gate locks to create a convenient self-closing access control system. A gate stop must be installed to restrict the opening angle and retain the product warranty.
