The LockeyUSA SUMO GL2 Surface Mount Gate Lock is a heavy-duty mechanical gate lock designed to provide dependable keyless access for ornamental, aluminum, vinyl, and wood pedestrian gates. Its surface-mount, bolt-on design makes installation straightforward and requires no welding, allowing the lock housing to attach directly to an existing gate using the included mounting hardware. The GL2 automatically locks when the gate closes and features a deadlocking spring latch to help prevent tampering, while an adjustable strike accommodates gaps of up to 2" between the gate and fence post. A passage function allows the gate to operate freely without a combination when unrestricted access is desired, making the GL2 well suited for pools, docks, private beaches, gated communities, and other controlled-access areas.

For additional access control, the SUMO GL2 includes a keyed cylinder lockout function that allows authorized personnel to disable the keypad so the combination cannot be used while the lockout is engaged. The lock accommodates gates from 1-1/4" to 3-1/2" thick, with an optional Extension Kit available for gates up to 5" thick. Constructed from zinc-plated steel with Teflon-coated stainless steel interior components, the GL2 is weather resistant and rated for both interior and exterior use. Single and Double Combination versions are available in Jet Black Marine Grade and Satin Chrome Marine Grade finishes, and the lock is backed by a Lifetime Mechanical Warranty.
