The Sentry Safety Series 2000 Door Handle is an exterior lever door handle designed for commercial or emergency exit doors. It is specifically designed to be compatible with the Series 2000 panic exit bar, providing a handle option for this panic exit bar series. The handle can be used for either left- or right-handed applications with a simple adjustment. This allows the handle to accommodate either handing configuration while maintaining compatibility with the Series 2000 panic exit bar.

The Series 2000 Door Handle is designed to work with the dogging feature of the panic exit bar. This feature can be set to keep the bar in a depressed position, allowing it to remain open. When dogging is turned on, the exterior lever handle can be used to open the door; when dogging is not engaged, the handle cannot be used to open the door.
