This kit combines the proven performance of the Detex V40 Rim Exit Device with a heavy-duty panic shield, keyed cylinder, and gate box, providing a secure and reliable installation for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.

The adjustable panic shield fits gate frames from 28" to 54" wide while helping prevent unauthorized access to the panic hardware from the opposite side of the gate. The included Schlage keyway cylinder allows authorized personnel to enter from the exterior, and multiple Detex V40 upgrade options make the kit adaptable to a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications.
