The Lockey USA Sumo GL2 Surface Mounted Gate Lock is easy to install, and no welding is required. The Sumo GL2 lock is a bolt-on, self-locking unit, equipped with passage function keyed cylinder lockout. This function prevents the code used when it is locked. The Lockey USA surface mount gate lock is designed to fit gates, between 1 1/4" and 3 1/2" thick. An extension kit is available and sold separately for gates up to 5" thick. This unit is recommended to secure pedestrian gates made of aluminum, vinyl or wood. The Sumo GL2 pedestrian gate lock is a weather-resistant unit rated for both indoor and outdoor applications. Lockey USA provides two marine-grade finishes for this device Jet Black and Satin Chrome. Also available in a single or dual combination.
