For the secondary door to open, the primary must initially be engaged. Since the secondary bar is what complements the dual door function, they come equipped with a vertical rod. This dual door application features the 4000FR Series Panic Exit Bar as the primary and the 4200FR Series Panic Exit Bar as the secondary. These bars are fire-rated, meaning they pass the 3-hour fire resistance test. Exit only.
