The Sentry E. Labs Standard Duty Weather Resistant Electromagnetic Door Lock is designed to provide reliable electronic locking for both indoor and outdoor applications. This electromagnetic lock is weather resistant and can be installed on exterior doors. The internal mechanisms are sealed in epoxy, and the housing is constructed from stainless steel for added durability in outdoor environments. This electromagnet provides a holding force of 600 lbs.

The Sentry E. Labs weather resistant electromagnetic door lock is designed to operate on a 12V DC power source. The lock does not include a built-in timed relay, so an access control device with a timed relay is required to regulate the amount of time the electromagnet remains unlocked.

The access control device acts as the brains of the locking system and controls when the electromagnetic lock releases. Panic Exit Pro access control devices are indicated with a "nucleus" logo.
